What’s Included?
Within each flower box, you will receive approximately 200 stems of flowers.
Upgrade and purchase a selection of mixed seasonal greenery to style with your flowers, you’ll receive approximately 150 to 200 stems of foliage.
We curate the very best selection of seasonal flowers available, in your chosen colour palette.
Flower boxes are sent by our delivery partner, direct from the growers themselves. They arrive in an unconditioned state, ready for you to create your wedding flowers.

Within each box, you will receive approximately 6 to 8 different varieties of flowers, making up approximately 200 stems. These stems will be in various wrap sizes from 10s to 50s, depending on the flower. Use our flower calculator to work out how many boxes you need.
If you opt to upgrade and order seasonal foliage, this will be around 100 stems worth. Please note that as foliage is sold by weight, this quantity may vary.
We curate the very best selection of seasonal flowers available in your chosen colour palette. From time to time these varieties will change with the season and availability.
Sometimes we may have to substitute flowers, but we will always try our best to order as close to our imagery as possible.
As flowers are a living and natural product, you may find there might be some differences in colour and variety.

We offer free hand-delivery by our trusted delivery partners.
Flowers are delivered out of water and in an ‘unconditioned’ state, wrapped in each growers packaging.
At order stage, you will be asked to provide detailed instructions for your delivery.

The flowers we order are the highest possible wedding-grade quality. Your flowers are from the same growers which provide flowers for the best florists across the country, and the world.
If there are quality issues upon delivery, please alert us immediately so we can organise replacements as soon as possible. Please ensure you watch our conditioning tutorial to ensure your flowers are treated correctly upon delivery.
Please expect there to be approximately 5-10% wastage. This includes breakages, as well as discolouration and faulty stems. This is a very normal process of wholesale wedding floristry.

Due to the living nature of flowers, our boxes cannot be returned once delivered.
If there are quality issues, please contact us immediately filling out this form. For the best possible chance of receiving a replacement, please submit this by 11am the day of your delivery. All quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
You are able to cancel your order up to 10 days before your delivery date. After this time the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please contact us at help@stemstory.co.uk to discuss cancelling your order.
